Prepare the Package

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

Attach the Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box, covering any old labels.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
